Service Cancellation
As we provide consultation and advisory services rather than physical products, standard return policies do not apply. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to work with clients to find suitable solutions.
Cancellation Before Service
If you need to cancel a scheduled service before work begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
During Service Provision
If you wish to cancel services that have already begun, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. You will be charged for any completed work and documented deliverables provided up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance may be refunded or credited at our discretion.
Digital Deliverables
Digital documentation and reports provided as part of our services are considered delivered upon completion and transmission to the client. These deliverables cannot be returned, but we are happy to discuss modifications or additional work if needed.
Disputes and Concerns
If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact us immediately to discuss the matter. We are committed to addressing client concerns and will work with you to find an appropriate resolution. We value client feedback and use it to improve our services.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Changes to Services
If you need to modify the scope of services after work has begun, please contact us to discuss options. Changes may result in adjustments to pricing and timeline, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
